'Barney' Enters Online Jungle
(CBS)
This ain't your grandmother's etiquette problem, though maybe it's your mother's. "Barney's Blog," an online feature tied to the CBS sitcom "How I Met Your Mother," promises an exhaustive multi-part probe of the online dating scene from the modern male point of view.
Of course, "Barney," aka Neil Patrick Harris, is something of a blowhard, and he has infinitely more wrong-headed opinions than he has girlfriends, but nobody's perfect, online or off.
Or, as "Barney" succinctly sums up Darwinian theory: "When chicks adapt, so too must you, if you wanna get laid."
To see the online world from the "Barney" point of view, see Barney's Blog.
