A survey of more than 500 counties found 87 percent have seen an increase in meth-related arrests in the past three years.
In addition to burglaries and robberies, the survey by the National Association of Counties finds an increase in domestic violence and identity theft.
In a separate survey, the group found that children are increasingly being victimized. They say a growing number are being neglected by parents who've become addicted to meth. That's resulting in more children being taken away from their parents.
The group wants Congress to pass a comprehensive methamphetamine bill, calling it a growing problem that is touching communities large and small across the country.
