This is a nightmare!! I simply wanted to post a comment. Now my password is showing up as my user name and there is no way to change it! Can't even change my user name or delete my account. This is the only help resource available? What kind of monkeys are running this show anyway? Not near as smart as the gang of cyber-thieves who recently hacked banks and stole cash from ATMs all over the world. That's for sure!

Kyle is right. I have gone around and around, trying to register and make a comment. I am told I already created an account. I don't know how I did that and do not know which of my accounts you've copied. Finally, I cannot figure out how to access my account, even after you emailed me so I could reset my a password. Yes, we are more connected than ever before, but sites like yours leave me feeling unconnected.

I simply have to write and let you know that the CBS News online experience is the worst thing I have ever encountered for the following reasons.
-I just went through a huge hassle to try and comment on a story and still can't do so. Rest the password, tried creating an account, everything you ask, still can't get in and now I don't want to.
-refresh cycles on your articles. I can't even read the comments to most articles as the refresh cycle kicks in and refreshes the whole page making me have to search for where I was at, I just stopped reading CBS articles as much as possible
-huge ads in front of every video clip, no matter how many times you re-watch a single clip

Done with it.
