(CBS)  Have you noticed? Everyone seems angry these days; people are acting out. Newspapers are filled with stories of road rage, air rage - and even teen rage. Are people angrier these days? Is it the stress of modern living? Or is it just that people are talking more about it?

Certainly anger is being studied more these days; some take measures to seek solutions so those youthful temper tantrums don't become ceaseless adult tirades.
