Bill Can't Vote For Pal Al
Although he has been a homeowner in New York State for months, President Clinton won't be able to vote for Vice President Al Gore in the Empire State's presidential primary on Tuesday.
CBS News has learned that Mr. Clinton has not yet changed his voter registration from Arkansas to New York. That's what he said he would do in early January after spending his first night at his new house in Chappaqua. But an aide said the president will definitely be registered by November in time to vote for Mrs. Clinton in her bid to win election to the U.S. Senate from New York.
