Brad Pitt's Stalker Back In Court

A young woman who climbed into actor Brad Pitt's Hollywood Hills home and put on his clothes told a judge Monday that she quit going to court-ordered counseling because she couldn't afford the sessions, reports CBS station KCBS-TV in Los Angeles.

Athena Marie Rolando pleaded no contest Feb. 11 to a misdemeanor charge of trespassing, which carries a maximum six-month jail sentence.

Hollywood Municipal Court Judge Dale Fischer placed her on three years summary probation instead, with the conditions that she attend pyschological counseling sessions and work 120 hours on a graffiti removal crew. Prosecutors say she has attended only four of the sessions.

Fischer set another hearing for next week to determine whether Rolando's claims of poverty are legitimate and if she willfully violated her probation. If she is found in violation of her probation, she could face jail time.

Rolando climbed into Pitt's Hollywood Hills home through a rear window on Jan. 7 while the actor was away. A caretaker found her wearing Pitt's clothes and sleeping in an upstairs bedroom.
