Martha Quinn
(CBS)
Martha Quinn became an almost instant part of popular culture in 1981 when she debuted as one of the original VJs on a new cable channel called MTV. She was voted "MTV's Best-Ever VJ" by Rolling Stone readers, and Allure magazine recently referred to the decade of the '80s as "the Martha Quinn years."
She hosted two other programs for MTV, Martha's Greatest Hits and MTV Prime with Martha Quinn, in the late '80s.
Quinn has since appeared in numerous television programs.
More recently, she has focused on a different part of her life: She got married and became a mother. Quinn lives in Los Angeles with her husband and 2-year-old daughter.
Quinn contributes every two weeks to The Early Show segment, Yikes! I've Grown Up!
