Rolando Blackman

This will be Rolando Blackman's first year as an analyst for CBS Sports' coverage of the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship.
Blackman was the first round draft pick (ninth pick overall) of the Dallas Mavericks in 1981. He played in Dallas from 1981-1992 where he was the all-time leader in scoring, free throws and minutes.
His NBA career continued in New York where he played for the Knicks from 1992-1994.
He began his broadcasing carrer with KLIF radio in Dallas where he served as the writer and host from 1987-91.
He moved into television in 1991 with KERA-TV and has worked as an analyst/host for Creative Sports, NBC and NBA Entertainment.
Born Feb. 26, 1959 in Panama City, Panama, Blackman received his degree in social sciences from Kansas State in 1996.
He lives in Frisco, Texas, with his wife and four children.
