Threats to Judges, Prosecutors Soaring

Washington Post :
Threats against the nation's judges and prosecutors have sharply increased, prompting hundreds to get 24-hour protection from armed U.S. marshals. Many federal judges are altering their routes to work, installing security systems at home, shielding their addresses by paying bills at the courthouse or refraining from registering to vote. Some even pack weapons on the bench.

Terror Threat Against Foreigners And Oil Installations In Algeria

El Khabar:
Algerian security services have warned security companies operating in oil plants in southern Algeria against potential terror attacks on oil installations and foreign staff members working in oil companies, the Algerian el Khabar daily reported today.

According to the report, the 4th Military Region Commandment and Regional Brigade at National Gendarmerie in Ourgla southern province asked security companies to prepare a list of potential targets and advised them to step up security around the premises.
