The Iraqi insurgent group Ansar al Islam released a short video showing three of its members allegedly targeting the U.S. Base at Mosul airport with a makeshift missile. The video shows the militants firing the missiles, but does not include footage of the actual attack. The statement accompanying the video claims the target had been hit.

The video was produced by the group’s media wing Al Ansar Media Foundation.

The Iraqi insurgent group The Army of al Mujahideen, released a new undated video depicting an attack on a U.S. MRAP with an RKG3 grenade in what the group said was Baghdad.

Pictures of the leader of the Shiite militant group League of the Righteous -"Asaeb Ahlu Al haq in Iraq" - Akram al Kaabi, appeared for the first time in a short video released by the group.

The video showed al Kaabi addressing a crowd of supporters in Najaf, firing an RPG and a machine gun at an unknown desert area.

The Iraqi insurgent group Salahuddine al Ayyoubi Brigades released a short video on the Internet showing operatives firing two mortars on a south Baghdad U.S. army outpost.

The Salahuddine al Ayyoubi Brigades released another short video showing two operatives lying in wait and then hurling two thermal bombs at a U.S. armored vehicle as it travelled through Baghdad’s al Khadraa district.
The message accompanying the video claimed the armored vehicle was destroyed in the attack.

Several Iraqi Insurgent groups released new videos of attacks they carried out.
The Army of al Mujahideen released a short video of an attack with an RPG-3 grenade on a U.S. MRAP in al Qayyara area.

Another Iraqi group, Dawa Wal Ribat, released a video showing a U.S. soldier shot by a sniper in what the group said was western Iraq.

And Ansar al Islam posted a short video of an IED attack on a U.S. convoy in Mosul.

The Iraqi Shiite militant group the Righteous People Brigades released 10 new short videos showing mostly IED attacks on U.S. forces in Iraq. The group claimed the attacks were all carried out in 2009.

Three new Iraqi insurgent videos were released on the Internet Thursday. The Iraqi group Ansar al Islam released a short video of a missile attack on a U.S. Humvee in what the group said was Kirkuk.

The Islamic State of Iraq released a short video showing an IED attack on a US MRAP in what the group said was Diyala.





And the Army of al Mujahideen released a video with night pictures showing an attack on U.S. Humvee in what the group said was al Anba.

A three-part video entitled the “Harvest of Iraqi Resistance Operations for April 2009” was posted on several militant Islamist Internet forums Tuesday. .

The videos contain tens of operations allegedly carried out by Iraqi groups during the month of April. The posting however claimed that the videos showed only part of the operations carried out by the various groups.
