The Taliban Releases Swat Valley Battles Video

The militant Afghani Taliban movement released a video of recent clashes between the Pakistani Taliban Movement and the Pakistani army.

The video also includes footage of suicide operations, attacks on Pakistani army outpost, executions of “traitors,” including one beheading, as well as shots militants during training.

The one-hour video is entitled “Swat Three” and is part of a series that the group calls “Hell of Apostates in Swat.” It was produced by a jihadi media outlet called The Global Islamic Media Front (GIMF).

IAI Latest Video Focuses on Militants Killed in Battle

The latest video released by the Iraqi insurgent group the Islamic Army of Iraq (IAI) is dedicated to militants killed by the U.S. forces during the last three years. The video opens with footage of two of the group’s members being killed by a missile as they were preparing to fire mortars. The rest of the tape, around 19 minutes, includes footage of dead insurgents, Iraqis and non-Iraqis, which were allegedly killed by U.S. forces between 2005 and 2008. The video is entitled “Martyrs’ Caravan II.”

Insurgents Engaged in Gun Battle With American Patrol In Samarra

The Iraqi insurgent group The Army of Al Rashideen released a new video showing what it described as a gun battle between some of its members and members of a U.S. patrol in Samarra . The group claimed they killed and wounded several U.S. soldiers in the attack.

Taliban Claims 36 British Soldiers Killed in Helmand Battle

The Taliban claimed in a statement posted on the Internet that 36 British soldiers were killed and four tanks destroyed during a nine-hour battle in the area of Alizy in the district of Helmand.

The statement claimed the battle started when "enemy" forces attacked militant centers in the neighboring villages. Only one member of the Taliban was killed and three were injured, according to the statement.

At the end of the statement, phone numbers of two Taliban spokespersons supervising different areas were posted, including their cell phones.

New Video of Lebanon Battles with Militants To Be Released Soon

A year on after the military operation launched by the Lebanese Army on the militant Islamist group Fatah al-Islam strongholds in Nahr al-Bared refugee camp, the group announced it will be releasing new unseen pictures from the battles of Nahr al Bared and of its leader Shaker al-Absi.
