The members of the legendary group Boyz II Men have come a long way from singing in the bathrooms at their Philadelphia high school. With a string of highly successful albums, they eventually became the highest selling R&B group of all time. Today they came to The Early Show plaza to perform some songs from their new CD, "Motown: A Journey Through Hitsville USA." What a treat! And as you'll see by watching the video clip, we all had a great time.

To encourage a new generation of street corner serenaders, they are teaming up with us for the Boyz II Men A Cappella Quest. If you're part of an a cappella group, or know one that you admire, read the requirements and upload or send a videotape in to our Web site. Better hurry! The deadline is Monday, Nov. 17.

We raced our way into the weekend today with a super-fast Iron Chef showdown. Original Iron Chef Bobby Flay is picking a new crop of competitors, and today we had our own version of "Iron Chef America." Both Harry Smith and I cook for our families a lot and we’ve both been judges on the show in the past, so we had a blast working as sous chefs for Chef Jill Davie and Chef Aaron Sanchez. We had to make a dish in 3 1/2 minutes and the secret ingredient was eggs. As you can imagine, chaos ensued!
Ulitimately, the judges decided the huevos rancheros I prepared with Aaron beat out Harry and Jills' "Yolk with Smoke!"

By the way, Bobby is back with a new line of spice mixes and you can check them out on his Web site.

Today we followed up on the story of the woman who was repeatedly Tasered by a policeman in Ohio earlier this month. I spoke with Warren, Ohio, prosecutor Gregory Hicks. There are still some elements of what happened that night to be investigated and the prosecutor's office has yet to determine whether or not Heidi Gill will face the full charges brought against her or if the officer who is accused of Tasering her will face any repercussions. The case certainly brings into question the proper use of Tasers and standard operating procedures. We also have exclusive photos of Ms. Gill after the incident and her pants, which are covered with Taser burns. Our producers counted roughly 20 burn marks. Whether or not this is indicative of excessive use of a Taser is another part of the story, which we will continue to follow on The Early Show.

Today we had an exclusive interview with the 38-year-old mother of two who was repeatedly Tasered by police in the early morning hours of Sept 2. Heidi Gill had been to a wedding and then stopped by a local bar, where she got into a verbal altercation with one of the employees. After being asked to leave, she headed to an SUV where she was planning to wait for one of her friends to drive her home. And, according to video from that night, that's where her ordeal began.

Country superstar Kenny Chesney’s brand new album "Just Who I Am: Poets and Pirates" sold almost 400,000 copies it the first week of its release... really impressive considering the album came out the same week as the battle royale between Kanye West and 50 Cent. In the middle of the hip hop rivalry came country’s No. 1 album, the most personal and introspective record to-date from the singer/songwriter Chesney.

Our resident veterinarian Debbye Turner recently put our dogs to the test -- DNA testing, that is! Her goal was to find out if our dog's breeding was as advertised. My dog Buttons is a Bijon Frise whom we purchased from someone who breeds show dogs.

Debbye’s test was inconclusive as to whether he is purebred of not. But I will tell you this: He is 100 percent spoiled rotten!

We had a great time in "Big D" this morning with Kelly Rowland! It was a beautiful morning in Dallas and it didn't even get steamy until about 7 a.m.! Kelly Rowland gave a live, early morning concert for our "Summer in the City" tour. She was really friendly and energetic. Plus, that girl takes wearing shorts to a whole new level! She has great legs and can really dance. Her second album, "Ms. Kelly," is perfect for that and also contains some heartfelt ballads.
