Nude Model Kathleen Neill Gets Off After Getting Naked in Met for Photog Zach Hyman

NEW YORK - Nude, yes. Lewd, no.

A New York judge dismissed public lewdness and other charges Monday against 26-year-old model Kathleen Neill who posed for a nude photo shoot at the Metropolitan Museum of Art while visitors looked on.

Neill, also known as "K.C.," was arrested in August during photographer Zach Hyman's shoot in the arms and armor department in the Met.

NEW YORK - A Boston woman who fell onto train tracks is lucky to be alive, and two transit workers have been honored for keeping her out of harm's way.

The woman, whose name was not released, toppled onto the tracks just before a subway car pulled into the station -- somehow screeching to a halt, without running her over.

Decent Exposure? Nude Model Arrested at The Met

NEW YORK - Photographer Zach Hyman gathered his team for what would be his next masterpiece: capturing a nude model in one of the world's most famous art museums, New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art.

But it seems the only nudes allowed at the Met are the ones already on the walls.

NEW YORK - Thirty seconds.

That's how long New York photographer Zach Hyman gives himself to photograph nude models across the city.

Fearing an arrest, Zach Hyman keeps bail money handy, brings a lookout for police and keeps his lawyer on speed dial. Creating the provocative images is technically illegal in New York.

NEW YORK - Wannabe entrepreneur Anthony Agnello has tried it all when it comes to opening a legitimate business.

First, he started a rent-a-stripper business over the Internet. That ended in handcuffs in 2001 after he supplied a stripper to a high school party, according to the New York Post.
