MADISON, Wis. - Kevin Derks turned his Wisconsin apartment into a pornographic shrine to young girls, police say, where every surface of the residence, including cupboard doors and shelves, was covered with posters, photos and computer printouts of girls in various poses, states of undress or engaged in sex acts.

No expense was spared.

His pin-up interests included the Olsen twins, Miley Cyrus, Dakota Fanning, and even kidnap victim Elizabeth Smart, investigators said Monday.

NEW YORK - Nude, yes. Lewd, no.

A New York judge dismissed public lewdness and other charges Monday against 26-year-old model Kathleen Neill who posed for a nude photo shoot at the Metropolitan Museum of Art while visitors looked on.

Neill, also known as "K.C.," was arrested in August during photographer Zach Hyman's shoot in the arms and armor department in the Met.

LOS ANGELES - It's one video that "Jenny from the Block" does not want you to see.

And for now, at least, Jennifer Lopez will get her wish. A California judge has granted a temporary restraining order barring Lopez's first husband from distributing more than 11 hours of home video footage from their marriage that the actress-singer claims includes sexual situations.

LOS ANGELES - They want to hear from the father.

The California preliminary hearing into Anna Nicole Smith's drug-overdose death is now in full swing, and next up on the stand is the father of the celebrity model's daughter.

Defense attorneys said they had been notified by the prosecution that Larry Birkhead, the musician who proved he was the father of Smith's daughter by DNA testing, would be among those called to testify Wednesday, the second day of a preliminary hearing for two doctors and Smith's former attorney-boyfriend, Howard K. Stern.

LOS ANGELES - Anna Nicole Smith's two doctors and lawyer-boyfriend are all due in court this week to hear testimony about their alleged roles in supplying drugs that killed the celebrity model.

A preliminary hearing for the trio is scheduled to start Tuesday, and court officials have said it could last two to four weeks. The hearing will determine whether there is enough evidence to order a trial for Howard Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich.
