LOS ANGELES - It's one video that "Jenny from the Block" does not want you to see.

And for now, at least, Jennifer Lopez will get her wish. A California judge has granted a temporary restraining order barring Lopez's first husband from distributing more than 11 hours of home video footage from their marriage that the actress-singer claims includes sexual situations.

That is all runners will be wearing as they strip down to their birthday suits for Boulder's annual Halloween "Naked Pumpkin Run" Saturday.

As the temperatures dip in the Rockies – one forecast calls for 35 degrees the evening on the run – dozens of Coloradoans with an exhibitionist spirit will bare all for the Halloween jaunt.

LOS ANGELES - They want to hear from the father.

The California preliminary hearing into Anna Nicole Smith's drug-overdose death is now in full swing, and next up on the stand is the father of the celebrity model's daughter.

Defense attorneys said they had been notified by the prosecution that Larry Birkhead, the musician who proved he was the father of Smith's daughter by DNA testing, would be among those called to testify Wednesday, the second day of a preliminary hearing for two doctors and Smith's former attorney-boyfriend, Howard K. Stern.

LOS ANGELES - Anna Nicole Smith's two doctors and lawyer-boyfriend are all due in court this week to hear testimony about their alleged roles in supplying drugs that killed the celebrity model.

A preliminary hearing for the trio is scheduled to start Tuesday, and court officials have said it could last two to four weeks. The hearing will determine whether there is enough evidence to order a trial for Howard Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich.

CHICAGO - Police have finally made an arrest in the Erin Andrews video peep hole scandal. An insurance man called "as regular a guy as you'll ever meet" was ordered back to California on Saturday to face charges that he stalked the ESPN reporter and videotaped her nude by aiming a cell phone camera through an altered peephole in her hotel room door.

NEW YORK - Pull the alarm! It's getting hot in here.

We are not sure, but someone might need to put out the fires of passion that have developed between Wife Swap star Jamie Czerniawski and FDNY full-frontal firefighter Michael Biserta.

Czerniawski was first in the news last June for allegedly stabbing her husband in a spousal Battle Royale Memorial Day weekend. The former Miss Teen New Jersey used a kitchen knife to slash her husband, Charles, in their home, according to court documents.
