YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Jamie Serich and Colin Hart were two Ohio high school seniors, found shot to death as they lay next to each other in a local cemetery.

But was this tragedy a murder or a suicide-pact?

That is what police are trying to figure out in the small city of Boardman, Ohio, just outside of Youngstown.

Serich, 17, and Hart, 18, were both students at Cardinal Mooney High School, whose football team just won the Ohio Division III championship Friday - its seventh state title.

LONDON - Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood was arrested Wednesday night for possible assault on his 21-year-old Russian girlfriend, Ekaterina Ivanova, police said.

Wood was released on bail Thursday after being arrested in southern England.

WASHINGTON - According to a poll conducted by the Associated Press & MTV, there is a good chance your teenager has sent or received a sexually explicit or nude picture over a text message.

"Sexting" — sharing sexually explicit photos, videos and chat by cell phone or online — is fairly commonplace among young people. More than a quarter of young people have been involved in sexting in some form, according to an Associated Press-MTV poll, despite sometimes grim consequences for those who do it.

RICHMOND, Calif. - Prosecutors say at least six young men, some not even old enough to drive, raped and beat a 15-year-old girl outside Richmond High School in California while others watched, laughed, and took cell phone pictures.

Now, the six defendants, ranging in age from 15 to 21, have pleaded not guilty to the charges against them. They entered their pleas to rape and other charges Tuesday morning in Contra Costa County Superior Court.

RICHMOND, Calif. - On Oct. 24, police say dozens of teens gawked, laughed and took photographs while a 15-year-old girl was brutally gang-raped and beaten outside a Richmond High School homecoming dance.

But one brave girl, who was not even there, wouldn't stand for it.

"I was watching a movie, and my brother-in-law came in and he told me 'I don't know what to do, because there is a girl back there and she has been raped. I'm scared,'" 18-year-old Margarita Vargas said.

RICHMOND, Calif. The 15-year-old victim of a gang-rape and beating at a Richmond High homecoming dance spoke out for the first time Tuesday.

"Violence is always the wrong choice," she reportedly said in a written statement delivered by victim advocate DeAnna Schlaum at a rally and candlelight vigil.

NEW YORK - A disturbing video of Anna Nicole Smith in clown makeup shows the pregnant Playboy model seeming to mistake a doll for a real baby, and her boyfriend Howard K. Stern talking about how much money can be made from the tape.

The tape was admitted as evidence in the Los Angeles drug conspiracy case against her boyfriend Stern, and two doctors who are accused of supplying drugs to the nude model until her untimely death. However, the judge won't allow the tape to be played in court.

RICHMOND, Calif. - And then there were six.

The number of people arrested in the gang rape of a 15-year-old girl outside her Northern California high school's homecoming dance has increased to six and could get higher, authorities said.

Police are still looking for additional suspects, and have said as many as 10 people ranging from 15 to the mid-20s may have attacked the young girl for more than two hours Saturday.

RICHMOND, Calif. - For two hours they watched the alleged gang rape of a 15-year-old girl outside her high school homecoming dance.

They pointed. They laughed. They took pictures, say investigators.

But no one among the approximately two dozen gawkers called the police.

Now it is looking like they might not face any criminal responsibility, even after four teens, so far, face up to life in prison for the rape.
