HIGHLAND PARK, Mich. - When Jamar Pinkney Sr. heard his 15-year-old son, Jamar Pinkney Jr., had sexual contact with a 3-year-old girl, he made the teen strip at gunpoint, marched him to a vacant lot and shot him to death despite pleas from the boy and his mother, a relative said.

NEWARK, N.J. - A small-time actor and former children's entertainer who was known for playing Santa Claus was sentenced Monday to nearly 20 years in prison for his role in an international sex tourism ring that preyed on young children.
Wayne Nelson Corliss, whose 2008 arrest was the culmination of an international manhunt, had admitted traveling to Thailand three times between 2000 and 2002 to have sex with at least two boys, ages 6 and 9.

LEXINGTON, Mo. - Police investigating a western Missouri family accused of sexually abusing children are now searching a family property for dead bodies. They are also looking for buried glass jars, which the alleged victims say contain notes documenting their sexual abuse years ago.
Lafayette County Sheriff Kerrick Alumbaugh said there has been an indication of "body or bodies in numerous locations," although he would not say whose bodies they might be.

NEWBERRY, S.C. - A South Carolina man was recovering in a Columbia hospital Wednesday after a weekend attack by his own children, who say he molested his grandchildren.
Newberry Police Chief Jackie Swindler said the 54-year-old man is still recovering and has yet not been charged. Newberry County sheriff's deputies say he will face charges involving criminal sexual conduct with a minor and a lewd act on a child.

PHOENIX - They are 9-year-old boys, charged with raping an 8-year old girl – an alleged attack that has raised international tensions. The two boys, the youngest of four accused in the July 16 incident, were ordered Wednesday to remain in juvenile detention with restricted visitors, as Liberia's deputy ambassador to the U.S. arrived in Phoenix, AZ., hoping to speak to them.

DALLAS - A 12-year-old was in custody as Dallas police investigate allegations she pressured four younger children to perform sex acts on each other.
A judge on Monday ordered the girl to remain in juvenile custody on aggravated sexual assault charges.
The Dallas Morning News reports the family suspects the girl may have been molested years ago by a man her mother knows.
