CHILTON, Wis. - A judge has dismissed a felony charge against a Wisconsin woman accused of plotting with her husband's lovers to lure him to a motel where he ended up tied to a bed with his penis glued to his stomach.

The 30-year-old Fond du Lac woman was one of four women charged with being party to false imprisonment in the July 30 incident. Calumet County Circuit Judge Donald Poppy dismissed the charge against the victim's wife Monday.

CHILTON, Wis. - They came, they glued, they got arrested.

Now, one of the women accused of hitting a cheater where it hurts the most has a trial date in late January.

Michelle Belliveau has pleaded not guilty after she was arrested for allegedly being part of a four women super-glue squad that sought revenge on an unfaithful husband by gluing his you-know-what to his stomach.

CHILTON, Wis. - A man whose penis was glued to his stomach testified Tuesday that a motel tryst with a girlfriend involving a bondage fantasy turned painful and humiliating after his wife, a second girlfriend and another woman burst into the room and harassed him because of his cheating ways.

Now a judge has ruled the Crazy Glue girls will stand trial.

MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee County prosecutor intends to strengthen the charge against a then-13-year-old girl accused of fatally stabbing her step-grandfather in the neck after he poured her milk down the drain.

Assistant district attorney Kevin Shomin said Monday he plans to amend the charge against 14-year-old Labrina T. Brown from first-degree reckless homicide to first-degree intentional homicide.

MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett remained hospitalized Sunday after a man attacked him with a metal pipe as the mayor tried to assist a grandmother screaming for help near the Wisconsin State Fair.

Barrett, 55, was in stable condition at a local hospital with a fractured hand and other head and hand wounds, official said.

MILWAUKEE - A long-simmering feud between a 13-year-old girl and her step-grandfather erupted after the man allegedly poured her milk down the drain, prompting the girl to fatally stab him in the neck, court documents said.

The girl, whom a witness told police had threatened Robert A. Moon with knives before, told an officer who responded, "I killed him," and said to a neighbor, "I'm not afraid to go to jail for this," according to the criminal complaint against her.

STOCKBRIDGE, Wis. - Four Wisconsin women are accused of tying up a married man and gluing his penis to his stomach after allegedly finding out he was romantically involved with each of them.

The women are each charged with being party to false imprisonment, a felony with a maximum prison term of six years. One is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault.

WAUSAU, Wisconsin - A man accused of killing his 11-year-old diabetic daughter by praying instead of seeking medical care has been found guilty of second-degree reckless homicide.

Dale Neumann, 47, was convicted in the March 23, 2008, death of his daughter, Madeline, from undiagnosed diabetes. Prosecutors contended he should have rushed the girl to a hospital because she couldn't walk, talk, eat or drink. Instead, Madeline died on the floor of the family's rural home as people surrounded her and prayed. Someone called an ambulance when she stopped breathing.

WAUSAU, Wis. - Many parents with a deathly ill child pray for a miracle. Some even get one. Are their children healed by medical intervention or divine intervention? They'll likely never know.


But the parents of an 11-year-old central Wisconsin girl went a step further. They prayed for their daughter’s cure but refused to see doctors. Why?

Leilani Neumann, the girl’s mother told a Wausau courthouse Tuesday she believes sickness is caused by sin and can only be cured by god.

DODGE COUNTY, WIS. - A Wisconsin woman called 911 with a simple demand: "let everybody know that there are loose cows out there!"

When 45-year-old Tammy Nuttleman's cows escaped into a pasture, she called 911 and demanded that police round up the animals because, she claimed, the town chairman "didn't do [expletive]!" about her situation.
