NEW YORK - Crimesider has obtained Leah Ignagni's mug shot, which was taken by Nashville police after she was arrested for three drug charges on Aug. 24, 2009, according to affidavits on the Nashville Criminal Court Clerk Web site.

Police say Ignagni was dating former NFL star Steve McNair, who was found dead with another lover, 20-year-old Sahel Kazemi, who they believe killed the married quarterback then herself due to mounting financial pressure and the recent discovery that she wasn't the only one sleeping with McNair.

NEW YORK - Crimesider has just unearthed arrest records for Leah Ignagni, murdered NFL star Steve McNair's other-other-woman.

Igagni, 25, was arrested in August on three drug charges, two of which are felonies, after police conducted a sting operation and executed a search warrant on her home.

NEW YORK - New exclusive photos of Leah Ignagni, NFL great Steve McNair's other-other-woman, have surfaced and only Crimesider has them.

Ignagni has been named by Nashville authorities as the second woman McNair was having an affair with in the time leading up to his death on July 4, 2009. McNair was married.

According to her MySpace page, which has since been erased, Ignagni is 25-years-old.

NEW YORK - "Im gonna have all of u soon," Sahel Kazemi told Steve McNair, her married lover and former NFL star, approximately 24 hours before she shot and killed him, then herself, in his Nashville condo, according to police.

The text message conversation between Kazemi, 20, and McNair, 36, in the day before their death's paints a picture of a frantic woman burdened by financial woes who was heavily dependent on her lover, for both emotional and monetary support.

The photos show Ignagni out with friends, laughing and smoking cigarettes.
Nashville police named Ignagni in a case summary, released Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, regarding the murder of NFL star McNair, who they believe was killed by his lover Sahel Kazemi, who then turned the gun on herself.

NEW YORK - Last night Nashville police released the name of Leah Ignagni, slain former NFL great Steve McNair's possible second girlfriend.

Sahel Kazemi, the woman who had been carrying on a relationship with McNair, allegedly shot and killed McNair and then herself on July 4, 2009. Ignagni told police that a woman in the same model car that Kazemi owned had been following her a few weeks prior to McNair's murder, according to a revised police case summary released Monday, Oct. 19.

NEW YORK - Four days after the shooting death of former NFL star Steve McNair, police delivered their verdict on the Fourth of July killing: it was a murder- suicide. McNair's jilted girlfriend, Sahel Kazemi, 20, shot the former quarterback four times inside his rented Nashville condo, then turned the gun on herself, authorities said.

NEW YORK - On Monday, CBS News will release surprising new revelations in the death of NFL star Steve McNair and his lover Sahel Kazemi.
