Woods Regrets "Transgressions" Amid Jamie Grubbs, Kalika Moquin, Rachel Uchitel Mistress Rumors

NEW YORK - Despite avoiding criminal charges after running over a fire hydrant and kissing a tree with his SUV, Tiger Woods has not been able to stop the flow of rumors about his alleged extra-marital affairs, which now allegedly include nightclub promoter Rachel Uchitel, Los Angeles cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs, and Las Vegas club manager Kalika Moquin.

Now, as Uchitel firmly denies any involvement with Woods, Grubbs proudly promotes what she claims are sexy texts from the king of swing, and Moquin coyly refuses comment, Woods has issued a statement in which he says he has let his family down and regrets "transgressions."

Pepper Pranksters Admit to Attempted Heist at Chili's Restaurant

BENNINGTON, Vt. - What were they drinking?

A pepper prank is burning some students after four people have pleaded guilty to trying to steal a giant pepper off a Chili's restaurant in Bennington, Vt.

They are now taking the heat for it, and have to write five-page essays on how they've wasted taxpayers' money.

Six-Year-Old Boy Begged His Killers "Please Don't Do This!" Says Prosecutor

BRUNSWICK, Ga. - Christopher Barrios was just six years old when he was forced to beg his rapists to let him go. They didn't.

"Please don't do this!" he implored them, say prosecutors.

But they strangled him to death anyway.

Jonathon Richard Hock had made a name for himself on the internet by posting racy items and photos, including sexually explicit images of himself. But Hock took it to a whole new level, police say, when he sexually assaulted an unconscious woman while "broadcasting" it live for all to see online.

Is Michael Jackson Hoax Video Off the Wall?

BERLIN - A hoax video purportedly showing Michael Jackson emerging from a coroner's van was an experiment aimed at showing how quickly misinformation and conspiracy theories can race across the Internet, German broadcaster RTL said Tuesday.

The video was posted by RTL on YouTube for a single day a week ago and received 880,000 hits. The broadcaster has since removed the video from YouTube, but it has been picked up by other Web sites around the world.

"SoupNazi" With $1M Buried In Backyard Pleads Guilty to Biggest Hack in US History

MIAMI - A computer hacker accused of masterminding one of the largest cases of identity theft in U.S. history agreed Friday to plead guilty and serve up to 25 years in federal prison for his crimes.

Albert Gonzalez of Miami was charged with conspiracy, wire fraud and aggravated identity theft charges in federal courts in New York and Boston. Court documents filed in federal court in Boston indicate the 28-year-old Gonzalez agreed to plead guilty to 19 counts and combine the two cases in federal court in Massachusetts.

Pedophile Suspect Lured, Beaten By Victim's Family

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A 25-year-old man who allegedly solicited a 14-year-old girl for sex is under arrest after the girl's family got involved and took the law into their own hands, according to authorities.

The Sacramento Police Department says that Christopher Guzman went to Garcia Bend Park on Monday night, believing that he was meeting up with a 14-year-old girl he had met on a social networking website.

Is Former Federal Informant the Nation’s Biggest Identity Thief?

WASHINGTON - Federal prosecutors on Monday charged a Miami man with the largest case of credit and debit card data theft ever in the United States, accusing the one-time government informant of trying to gain access to 130 million accounts.

Albert Gonzalez, 28, broke his own record for identity theft by hacking into retail networks, according to prosecutors, though they say his illicit computer exploits ended when he went to jail on charges stemming from a previous case.
