Colombia Extradites Warlords
Colombia extradited 14 top paramilitary warlords to the United States early Tuesday for failing to comply with the peace pact under which they demobilized.

Those extradited include the most senior warlord Salvatore Mancuso, who appeared on Sunday's 60 Minutes for a Steve Kroft report on Chiquita Brands International paying paramilitaries nearly $2 million.

Mancuso helped negotiate a deal with the Colombian government in 2003 that allowed more than 30,000 paramilitaries to give up their arms and demobilize in return for reduced prison sentences. | Read More
Award For "Evidence Of Injustice"
60 Minutes has won a Robert F. Kennedy journalism award for its investigative report titled "Evidence of Injustice." The story, a joint investigation with Washington Post reporter John Solomon, revealed for the first time that the science of bullet lead analysis, used to convict many defendants, was deeply flawed.
