NEW YORK (CBS) Legendary actress Zsa Zsa Gabor is undergoing a procedure to place a feeding tube in her stomach, her husband says.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt told ET Online that Gabor was having the feeding tube inserted so she can get the nutrients she needs.

Gabor broke her hip earlier this month when she tumbled out of bed while watching television, trying to answer a telephone at her Bel-Air home.

Gabor is the only survivor of the trio of acting Gabor sisters (Eva died in 1995 and Magda in 1997).

She has rarely been seen in public since she was partially paralyzed in a 2002 car accident. Gabor also suffered a stroke in 2005.
