USC has received a verbal commitment for the class of 2015, ESPN reported.

Quarterback David Sills, 13, has been highly touted since beginning training with renowned QB coach Steve Clarkson in California. Sills currently is a seventh-grader at Red Lion Christian Academy in Bear, Del.

Coach Lane Kiffin reportedly offered the scholarship just before Sills pledged to be a Trojan.

"His skill set is off the chart," personal coach Steve Clarkson said. "I've never seen anyone at his age do what he's been able to do."

"He's already six feet as a 13-year old," Clarkson said. "And he's breaking down NFL footage."
