Manhunt

The prison worker accused of helping David Sweat and Richard Matt is talking about her affair with one of the convicted killers. CBS News Correspondent Anna Werner reports a law enforcement source said that Joyce Mitchell said she had sex multiple times with Matt inside the maximum security prison.

NAACP controversy

Rachel Dolezal is no longer the president of Spokane's chapter of the NAACP. The embattled leader resigned yesterday amid growing controversy about her race. Dolezal's parents, who are white, say she has an obligation to come clean about her deception. CBS News Correspondent John Blackstone reports on how Dolezal's lies could also get her into legal trouble.

Yemen humanitarian crisis

Aid groups in Yemen are calling the humanitarian situation "catastrophic," and it is civilians who are really bearing the brunt of the country's civil war. CBS News Correspondent Clarissa Ward reports many houses have been destroyed, and desperately needed water, gas and medical supplies are not able to get into the country.

Vanity campaigns

Donald Trump may be the latest to announce his bid for presidency later today, which would bring an already crowded Republican field to 12 candidates with five still likely to join. But only one will be the nominee. CBS News Correspondent Julianna Goldman reports on how for many of these Republican presidential hopefuls, losing could still mean winning.

To run or not to run?

By this afternoon, the country will know whether Donald Trump is really running for president in 2016, or whether he's just head-faking the political press (again). Trump, a billionaire real estate developer and reality television star, has been here before. Here are three reasons Trump might decide to run for president - and three reasons he might not.

Violent minds

Joe Bruce will never forget the afternoon of June 20, 2006 in the tiny town of Caratunk, Maine, a community of just several dozen people. Bruce, arrived home that day - an unusually stormy one - to a gruesome discovery. He found pools of blood in the kitchen and a trail that led to the bathroom. There, he found the body of his slain wife. A cold realization added to Bruce's shock: He knew their eldest son, a paranoid schizophrenic, was responsible.

Teen stoners?

As legalized medical marijuana has become more widespread in recent years, many people worried that mixed messages and easier access might increase recreational use by teens. But new research may help ease those concerns.

Which diet?

When it comes to weight loss, conventional wisdom says choosing a diet you like may help you stick to it. But new research suggests that, in fact, the opposite may be true.

Semi-formal

The rented tuxedo may once have represented a right of passage for many men, but as a fashion statement it's time appears to have passed. Men are increasingly shunning the rented formal wear, a staple of weddings and other big events, with Men's Wearhouse recently noting that its tuxedo rental sales slipped 2.8 percent in the first quarter. Find out why millennials are not renting the way baby boomers do.
