Steve Martin vs. Kermit the Frog in "Dueling Banjos"

(CBS News) There aren't too many famous banjo fanatics out there, but Steve Martin and everybody's favorite green frog are certainly two of them. So we are more than happy to see the pair face off in some friendly competition. So strum along to the above Funny or Die skit that shows Martin and Kermit the Frog coming to banjo blows in "Dueling Banjos."

Reportedly celeb photographer Matt Hoyle united the pair as part of his book "Comic Genius: Portraits of Funny People," which features them and other comedy favorites like Chevy Chase, Robin Williams, Tina Fey, Jane Lynch, Neil Patrick Harris and more. The photo book, which supports Save the Children, comes out Oct. 15. And, yeah, this skit is essentially just a creative ad for the book, but hey, anything for charity (especially if it involves Kermit and Steve Martin).
