Ron Paul Makes Third Filing For Kansas GOP Caucus

Ron Paul's campaign filed for the Kansas GOP Presidential Caucus Thursday, a spokeswomen for the Republican Party said.

Corrie Kangas, political director for the Kansas Republican Party, said she received notice of Paul's official filing Thursday morning.

She said she could not comment on the Paul's political stances.

"We're really excited that he's choosing to participate in the Kansas caucus," Kangas said. "It just signifies that Kansas can make a difference in the Republican caucus."

According to a release from the Kansas Republican party, Paul is the third candidate to file in Kansas' GOP Presidential Caucus. The caucus will be Feb. 9, 2008.
