For the U.S. troops living and working inside the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea, every day is spent living under the gun - literally. Within range of North Korea's artillery, the U.S. troops patrol each day with the knowledge that they could be asked to - and be ready to - fight that very night.
CBS News correspondent Barry Petersen spent some time with these guardians of the peace along the DMZ.
