(CBS) DELTONA, Fla. - Randy Zipperer, a 49-year-old Florida man, was arrested in Deltona late Tuesday on suspicion of stabbing his brother in a fight that started over some missing macaroni and cheese - and also, spilled beer -  CBS affiliate WKMG reports.

Zipperer was reportedly arrested on charges of aggravated battery and obstructing an officer without violence.

According to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, a witness said Zipperer was at home when he got upset because he couldn't find his mac and cheese.

His brother, 47, went to help look for it but accidentally knocked over Randy Zipperer's beer, a witness reportedly told deputies.
