(CBS) Paris Hilton walked out of a television interview after being asked if she worried her time in the spotlight had passed.

The socialite/TV personality was in the middle of an interview with ABC News correspondent Dan Harris when he asked if she has been eclipsed by other reality stars.

Harris asked, "Do you worry at times that the people who have followed in your footsteps, like Kim Kardashian, have overshadowed you?"

"No, not at all," she replied.

Harris mentioned Hilton's reality show, "The World According to Paris," has received poor ratings, prompting him to ask whether she worries if her "moment has passed."

Hilton looked off-camera at her publicist before walking off. She can be heard off-camera saying "I don't want this being used," according to the U.K.'s Daily Mail.

She eventually came back to finish the interview, stating, "I've been doing this for 15 years now, so it's been a long time. So just like any other business person or someone in the industry, it's always important to reinvent yourself and come up with new projects."
