Pa. woman's "cop fantasy" has unhappy ending: DUI

(CBS/AP) ALTOONA, Pa. - A Pennsylvania woman's supposed "cop fantasy" didn't exactly play out, when she was arrested by the state trooper who came to her door.

The Altoona Mirror reports that when Trooper Thomas Laskey went to a residence on March 20, he says he was met at the door by an extremely drunk woman in her underpants - who was also holding two yellow roses she wanted him to accept as part of her fantasy.

Laskey went to the home after a motorist had reported following a car that was driving erratically on Interstate 99. The trooper says when 40-year-old Monica Barnhart answered the door, she matched the description he had of the driver - well, except that she had removed her blue jeans, revealing those panties.

Police say Barnhart eventually acknowledged driving the car, and that her blood alcohol content was more than four times the legal limit for drivers, which got her arrested for DUI.

Her attorney says Barnhart maintains her innocence.

Innocence? Coming to the door dressed like that?
