LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) It wasn't an alarm clock that woke celebutante Paris Hilton this morning.

Hilton wrote on her Twitter page that she was awakened by a man trying to break into her house. She also posted a picture of poiice arresting the man, who she said was brandishing two big knives.

Police Officer Gregory Baek says the man was arrested about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday but his name hasn't been released.

Baek couldn't confirm if the man was armed.

Baek says the break-in was reported by telephone but he didn't know if it came from Hilton or an alarm company.
