The two are holding bottles of chocolate milk and a fruit smoothie respectively, not exactly the kinds of vices recently associated with Sheen.

At least 136,000 users followed Sheen's account before he published his first 140-character-limited update. As of this writing, Sheen's Twitter audience increased to 226,000.
