CBS scraps new comedy "Partners"
CBS is pulling the plug on its freshman comedy, "Partners," starring Michael Urie, David Krumholtz, Sophia Bush and Brandon Routh.
The series aired Mondays at 8:30 p.m. ET and debuted to 6.6 million viewers this fall with a 2.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic. But the numbers have been struggling ever since, falling to 5.5 million viewers and a 1.8 rating.
In its place this Monday will be a rerun of "Two and a Half Men."
Deadline first reported the news on Friday, noting that the series would be canceled immediately.
