Casey Anthony photographed in Ohio, says report

(CBS/WKMG) ORLANDO, Fla. - Photos published by gossip site TMZ purport to show Casey Anthony out and about in Columbus, Ohio. The photos would be the first of Anthony since she walked out of the Orange County Jail on July 17.

TMZ has published several photos of a woman resembling Anthony wearing an Ohio State University hat outside a Columbus store. The website said the photos were taken Sunday afternoon while Anthony was walking around Columbus, Ohio, reports CBS affiliate WKMG. 

Although Anthony has family in Ohio, it is not known if she has seen any of her relatives.

Anthony's whereabouts have been unknown since her release and rumors have placed her all over the world.

Meanwhile, Judge Stan Strickland has ordered Anthony back to Orange County by Wednesday to serve one year probation for a check fraud conviction from January 2010. But Anthony's attorneys have challenged that order and requested an emergency hearing on legal grounds. They also have cited safety concerns if Anthony were to return to Central Florida.

On July 5, a jury acquitted Anthony of charges that she murdered her daughter, Caylee. She served the additional brief time to complete a four-year sentence for four misdemeanor convictions of lying to police.

Caylee's remains were found in December 2008 after the toddler was reported missing in July 2008.
