VASSALBORO, Maine (CBS/AP) - They will rebuild!

That's what the owner of a topless coffee shop in central Maine intends to do after the establishment burned down in an arson fire earlier this year.

According to the Kennebec Journal, Donald Crabtree, the owner of the Grand View Topless Coffee Shop will apply to build a new structure and might ask for operating changes when he appears before the Vassalboro Planning Board on Tuesday.

Crabtree last appeared before the board on June 2, when he asked to extend the hours of the shop and offer music for waitresses to dance to at the "over 18 only" shop. Later that night, the shop was torched in a fire that has been ruled an arson.
The shop's opening last February angered many residents in Vassalboro, a small town outside of Augusta. But the owner drew 150 applicants for 10 positions he had available.
