(CBS) - At the moment, Netflix subscribers are feeling used, abused and taken for granted after the recent price hike that took effect yesterday.
"Rent as many DVDs as you want for only $7.99 a month," says its website. It's the lowest price ever for unlimited DVD rentals, Netflix points out.
But, subscribers are crazy irked because those who want a combined DVD-by-mail program along with a streaming service - as in, the web savvy folks - will have to shell out $15.98. (That combo used to cost $9.99.)
The 59-percent increase has angered customers. Many are threatening to cancel their memberships and some are sticking around begrudgingly. And lucky for us, they're tweeting about their Netflix woes.
Here are- frustration aside, at least they have a sense of humor about it.
