According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, in April, 35-year-old John Capio, of New York, approached a woman standing outside a bar and told her he could help her make a lot of money if she became a foot model.
Capio asked her to follow him to his car, where he had business cards, deputies said, according to WKMG.
ew York, faces charges of battery, exposure of sexual organs and false imprisonment in the attack, which occurred in April outside the Lit Hookah bar.
As they entered the parking lot, the woman didn't want to go any further and asked Capio for his phone number instead, deputies said. He then grabbed her arm and walked deeper into the lot. The woman said she didn't scream because she was scared and didn't know what to do, according to deputies.
Then it got even creepier, when Capio allegedly led her to his car, grabbed her foot, pulled down his shorts and touched his genitals to her foot, deputies said.
They said the woman broke free, grabbed her shoe and returned to her friends.
Although the victim could not identify the man at the time, the description she provided led investigators to Capio, who was convicted in two similar attacks in the same area in 2010.
He's now facing new charges of charges of battery, exposure of sexual organs and false imprisonment.
