Photo: AP	I Love Lucy was honored with a commemorative stamp, unveiled by the U.S. Postal Service on May 26, 1999, and a billboard of the stamp’s image was elevated above New York’s Times Square. The I Love Lucy stamp was one of 15 commemorative stamps saluting the 1950s as part of the Celebrate The Century stamp and education program.
