A video allegedly made on Oct. 20, 2001, is cited as strong evidence of bin Laden's role in the Sept. 11 attack in a document published on Nov. 14, 2002 by British Prime Minister Tony Blair's office. The British say the video was circulated to al Qaeda members, but not released to the media.
"The battle has been moved inside America, and we shall continue until we win this battle, or die in the cause and meet our maker," the document quotes bin Laden as saying.
