HIV-positive children listen during the visit by Dennis Hastert, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, at the Nyumbani home for AIDS-infected children in Nairobi. Nyumbani shelters 74 children, all HIV positive. Hastert and 10 other House colleagues were in Kenya as part of a four-country tour of Africa intended to broaden congressional understanding of issues affecting the African continent. |
