Former House Ways and Means Committee chairman Dan Rostenkowski answers questions about his presidential pardon during a television interview. In the last days of his presidency, President Clinton pardoned 59 people, including Rostenkowski, an Illinois Democrat who pleaded guilty to two counts of mail fraud and was sentenced to 17 months in prison and $100,000 in fines.
