High Times On "4/20" Photos

According to Steven Hager, creative director of High Times magazine, the term "4/20" originated in Northern California in 1971. A group of friends heard about an abandoned marijuana patch and began meeting at 4:20 p.m. to go foraging. The patch proved elusive; the term stuck.
