Rihanna is seen during the preliminary hearing in the Chris Brown felony assault case on Monday, June 22, 2009, in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Brown pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault. He was arrested in February hours after police say he hit and threatened Rihanna after leaving a pre-Grammy party in Los Angeles. She was on standby to testify in the case.
