A spring storm that is dropping wet snow on the Twin Cities Monday, March 31, 2008, could dump up to 8 inches before it's over in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minn. Many seem to have been caught between seasons, including this biker holding his hood over his face during a driving snow.
