Deadly Crane Collapse Photos

A city inspector was charged on Wednesday with lying about checking on the construction crane that collapsed Saturday, killing seven people in a dense Manhattan neighborhood. Edward Marquette was arrested on charges of falsifying business records, buildings Commissioner Patricia Lancaster said.
