Standoff At Britney's Photos
Paparazzi swarm a Los Angeles City Fire Department ambulance transporting Britney Spears as it arrives at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Friday, Jan. 4, 2008. Spears was taken to the medical center after police were called to her home for a family dispute earlier in the evening and noticed her to be under the influence of an unknown substance.
