A New Year's Eve fireworks show called "The Grand Finale" is set off on the edge of the Ottawa River bellow Parliament Hill in Ottawa on Monday, Dec. 31, 2007, to mark the end of the 150th anniversary of Queen Victoria announcing Ottawa as Canada's capital.
