Fallen tree limbs cover Britton Road after a Ice storm in eastern Oklahoma County, Monday, Dec. 10, 2007. The first major winter storm of the season moved through much of the Midwest over the weekend with a mix of freezing rain, ice and snow, causing hazardous driving conditions, downing trees and power lines and leaving many residents without power.
