Tulsans continue to cope with the aftermath an ice storm which left more than 400,000 people statewide without power and wrecked havoc throughout the Midwest. The 32 deaths blamed on the storm included 21 in Oklahoma, four in Kansas, three each in Missouri and Michigan and one in Nebraska.
