The country star whose hits include "Brokenheartsville" and "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off," has entered a rehab program for treatment of substance abuse, it was reported on Oct. 15, 2007. "As Joe has alluded to in interviews over the past year, he has struggled with the issue of substance abuse," said a statement from Lytle Management. It wasn't clear when Nichols, 30, entered the program.
