Actress Eva Mendes checked into a Utah rehab center for help with "personal issues," her publicist said Feb. 1, 2008. The star of "Training Day," "Hitch" and "Ghost Rider" took "much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support," the publicist said. She reportedly checked out about a week later.
